Easy to install. Box was ripped open clamps were missing. Found some at hardware store problem solved

Very nice cover
Only took about 20 minutes to install. This went on a work truck of mine. I have a higher end cover on another truck and quailty is about the same. One less star because I don't like the way it fits the tailgate, as if the enitre assembly could have been about 1/2" longer.
