I was sceptical about how it was gonna fit as I usually fit into a medium (29-30 inch waist) and the smallest size they had was a large, but on putting it on it does the job really well, provides with an hourglass figure. Is fairly elastic, and not as uncomfy as one would expect. Does the job well. Putting it on is a bit of a hassle though as it's like an arm workout closing the hooks. But overall it's really great and does loads to help me with my body image especially in bodycon dresses, I have a bit of chub around my waist and this really reels it back in while effectively shaping it. Makes my waist go from a 29-30" to atleast a 27-28". Cant really say anyting about the long-term effects as I haven't really used it enough to comment on how much it actually cinches your waist and trains it to be smaller over time, so will update after using it for a few months.
