Hard to describe the taste, but it's a MUST for any kitchen
If you're one of those unfortunate few who have never experienced Old Bay, but you've heard about it and your curious, jump in and get some of this stuff. It isn't just for seafood, I put it in soup, on chicken, salads, etc. A kitchen is not complete without a large tin of Old Bay.

Love Blackening Spices
We make Salmon a lot and I use 6 different spices on the side opposite.....the skin side. Then I flip it,and let the skin side cook and then lift it and remove the skin. Works perfectly. OLD BAY is great !

It's a prodict that I could not get locally

Expensive but worth it
Old Bay is great, in and of itself, but this Blackened seasoning for that good old New Orleans taste, is perfect. SO, so hard to find locally where I live.
