Trustleaf 3mm Birch Plywood A4-300x210x 3mm - (Pack of 10) Laserable Low Fume E1 Glue Ply

Needed some sheets of ply speedily for a project. Ordered these as next day delivery and price not much more than I pay normally. Very impressed with the uniformity of the sheets,, they do take 2 passes to cut cleanly so clearly more dense tha my normal ones. Nice smooth finish, even results for engraving but did have to increase power slightly. Will be messing around with one board to get new settings but will be buying this again.

K40 laser at 65% and 25 to 30mm / second travel rate and 3 passes cuts this cleanly for makers out there. Very little smoke traces when using air blower to laser head. These stairs are the first trial cut from one sheet was less than 30 minutes work. Very pleased with this product.

As described , Good quality and good value , but due to they way the sheets are made they are not completely flat and have a bow/warp

I had some issues with these. Most sheets were warped and had significant tear-out along the edges where they'd been cut, but as I was using them for laser cutting it's possible to work around these problems. However the biggest issue is that the core of these are consistently littered with knots that my laser could not cut through, resulting in excess surface burning and parts that could not be freed from their sheets without significant damage. The surfaces look great, flawless and smooth, but its utter garbage inside. Won't buy again.

Very nice sheets of A5 less than 3mmall over as stated but my laser cut through them like butter not the most cost effective way of sourcing sheets for my laser but got me out of a hole as I needed it rapid would deffo recommend and would buy again thanks .

It’s supposed to be Birch plywood but instead i receiver MDF laminted! Trustleaf they said but not trust!

Très déçu par la qualité de ce produit. Peu de fumée? C’est le bois qui fume et noircit le plus parmi tous ceux que j’ai essayé! L’état de surface est très mauvais et nécessite un ponçage avant utilisation. Il est plein de petites échardes. Obligé de passer de 70 à 90% de puissance laser pour le même projet de gravure sur même type de bois et de baisser la vitesse de 5 à 3mm/s pour réussir à découper. Bref, vraiment pas terrible
