super hot and effective if well taken care of and operated
excellent! works so well. i was initially very skeptical due to reviews mentioning it's not super hot. well, it actually is. this sometimes depends on how full the water container is, i had it almost full each time. also probably water quality - i use reverse osmosis water only. because i think the ingredients of tap will over time prolly ruin the heating unit or make it less effective.i ran a USB powered camping fan to disperse the steam coming out, together with a few drops of eucalyptus oil. takes about 20 minutes to fully heat the cabin. really amazing for the price and to have your own private sauna experience vs sharing it with some random strangers in a gym. got absolutely too hot for me after being in there for 30-45 minutes, and i am from europe, where we really like hot saunas, just for reference. enjoy.

Good value sauna for the money
Steam sauna works great before bed. Gets plenty hot and steamy. I would recommend purchasing a small chair to relax during your session.

it works
So I bought this for two reasons, one I had a terrible cold and I thought steam sauna would help give me relief. I also and someone who has a small home gen, always has enjoyed steam sauna and thought this would be a nice addition. The Bad:If your expectation is this will be like a commercial gym sauna, it is not. It will not be as hot, or steamy. It also does not come with any type of chair, but a lawn chair will fit inside and i've had no issues with using one. It's also relatively cheap, I don't know what the long-term lifespan of peace that makes the steam will be comma but I don't expect it to last forever period my gut tells me if it lasts 2 years or more I got more than my money's worth. So what's good about it?Certainly the price was great that I bought it for, well under $100 interest, when purchased. The build was easy, it took 10 minutes or less and I'm someone who is not handy. It does work, although you don't get the same type of heat that you will in a commercial gym or the same Steam, when you sit in there for 15 to 20 minutes, you walk out dripping, it is hot and if you're listening to a book or podcast, the time goes quick.I would suggest using only distilled water as it should lead to a longer life of the product.Suggestions for how to use it:i would turn the machine on about 10 minutes before you want to jump in as it does take a little bit of time for it to warm up, by Waiting about 10 minutes the entire thing should be filled with steam. You also want to make sure you clean it occasionally as it's likely with liquid, you could have some type of bacterial growth so that could be crucial. If I had it over to do I would probably buy it again due to the price and the fact that it really does meet my needs.

Max temp of 95
This thing sucks. Doesnt get hot enough for heat shock proteins or any medical benefit. At max heat I let it warm up for 30 min and after getting in quickly and zipping it back up after 20 min at the top its only 95 degrees… I keep it in my heated gym too so its not from cold outside temp. Do not buy.

Works as advertised
I chose this brand after reading a ton of reviews and am very happy with it so far (after 1 week of daily use.) It is easier to set up than some others have stated, but maybe I got lucky? We assembled it in the living room not thinking that it would not fit through a standard door, so it's been put together twice. I'm using it inside the house for the time being, but hope to move it to the garage once outside temperatures increase. Starting at 67 degrees, the unit reaches 110 consistently, with a maximum so far of 114 - both of which are plenty warm for getting a great sweat in. It takes a good 10 minutes to really produce steam, which I think is reasonable for the size of the heating element and it reaches 110 in about 5 minutes after that. I've been going about 30 minutes each session, and the pot will be just under half full when I clean it out. So I think you could easily go 50 minutes without going dry. (No way I could stay in there past 30 minutes at that temp, but to each their own.) Clean-up is easy and with the use of a fan, the inside dries out in around 2 hours. I'm worried about mildew in the long term, so exploring ideas for cleaning it with something that does not have a chemical smell.

It gets hot and you sweat, sweat, sweat.
This sauna is fantastic. Super easy to assemble. I was in it 20 minutes after opening the box, that's how easy the set up is. Forget the reviews that mention heat level, it is very hot and you start sweating immediately. I was not even able to finish a full water fill up, because I sweated out so much in just 15 minutes, I couldn't do anymore. I like the window and remote bag on the door, to turn it off and just sit awhile without getting out. The only thing you need to watch out for is, not putting you feet to close to the little floor steam dispenser, as it will burn you if its too close to your feet. I just moved it to in between my feet and not off to the side. The dispenser does a really good job of disbursing the steam evenly. I have a home gym and this is what I've been needing at the end of the day and the end of my work outs. Super happy with purchase.
