I ordered this along with the roller brush based on reviews for the roller. I'm glad I did. The old belt was stretched out and had lost its elasticity. When I pulled it out of the vacuum, it didn't snap back into an oval--it just stay stretched out like it was still installed. Side-by-side with the new belt, it was almost 50% longer. Between the new belt and roller, our vacuum works like new again.
