I almost hesitate to review this palette for fear that it will be sold out next time I need/want one! It snaps shut tightly. I already ordered a second one. The plastic wells are smooth and evenly spaced. The lid and base provide tons of mixing space. If you want a small palette, I highly recommend this one. Size is approximately 8.5 inches by 5 inches

This is a convenient size to put your tube paints in to carry around and use. It is a good size to travel with and still gives a nice area to mix your paint. The palette removes and you can clean it easily.

I use this palette almost exclusively now. I set up the colors I want to use and they stay damp (if I remember to close the cover). For some reason, my pan paints dry SUPER fast (like before I can finish painting a small card), but this palette allows me to mix some water drops back in and continue where I left off. If I remember to close the lid when I walk away, the paint will stay damp for hours. There's minor evaporation, but it's much better than starting over again - a quick spritz from a spray bottle wakes them up again. When I'm done with certain colors, it's super easy to clean out the unused wells for the next round.

Pros: great to use while traveling. Love the extra tray and the sponge. Size is great. Also very sturdy.Cons: Paint dried up. Watercolor can be revived with water so it’s not that much of an issue - but it’s not “airtight” as described. Haven’t used with oils or acrylics, just watercolor.

This is not white dress airtight.

Beautiful. Good price and sturdy frame. I’ll use this at home and just need To close out my cats. Plenty of mixing and water space. Too large tray areas. 18 pan areas plenty for me. Good space to squeeze out watercolor from my tubes. I am truly happy. I love a decent product at a decent price!

I have purchased 3 of these for various color palettes. They are small enough to be easily portable, seal well, and have another mixing panel beyond just the sides provided with the case.

Like the palette, it is compact, and so far seals so the paint doesn't leak out of the case. There isn't a sealed barrier between each pot, so should be carried flat. I will be getting a couple more so I can have each one a colour range, depending on where I am, and the colours I need.

I really liked this product. As a beginner, I am finding out more every day about what products will help me to enjoy my painting efforts. This product is leak proof and the paint stays soft for a long time. Would have liked the blending trays to be smaller as I only mix small amounts each time, but generally, it is a good buy.

So because I'm using this with acrylics, having it be airtight is important. I partially filled it with water and closed it--it leaked badly at one end. I tried again, squeezing all the edges and it didn't leak this time. So I'll be careful to do this. Otherwise it seems that it will work well for my purposes - I like the large number of wells.

I like this a lot. Its compact and you can save paint and use it next time.It comes with a moisture sponge too. I havent used that with it yet, but intend to someday.Good quality
