I love this yarn. It's near impossible to find colour-changing cake yarns that have no artificial fibers mixed in but this one is cotton/wool only which is great! It's a lovely yarn to work with and the tie-ins are very discreet (tip: I wet my fingers and roll them tightly so they aren't as bulky and it works great!)I just wish Sheepjes made other colours to chose from in the Wooly Whirls category as I personnaly only want to work with natural fibers.I made the Ana Lucia shawl (free pattern) by Wilma Westenberg (wilmade.com).I am ordering more of this yarn now :)

This yarn is gorgeous. To add to that, the fact that it is a wool cotton blend that is NOT super wash treated is absolutely amazing and hard to find/missing from the yarn market in the US.I have been crocheting for five years and knitting for two. There’s no way this yarn is fingering weight. It feels like lace. I have a size #10 lace weight crochet thread from Knit Picks that is thicker than this. My wrap is turning way more lacy than I originally wanted but honestly, the colors and the texture have made me continued. The good of this yarn outweighed the bad for me ultimately.

For the cost of this yarn, you'd expect it to be perfect. I have discovered that it is frayed in several spots. Also, it very thin...more like a size 8 crochet thread. I'm thinking the quality of this yarn will cause the shawl I am crocheting to become wrinkled easily, but I'm hoping for the best.
