This is a great size for a small family! I bought it to replace my 6.5 qt. slow cooker, which was cumbersome to use, big to store, and an oval shape that didn't fit well on my stove burner. This slow cooker is 4 qt, round, fits on my stove burner, easy to wash, easy to store, and lighter to lift. I don't mind not having a bunch of pre-defined cook cycles. This is perfect for us. Makes a great pot of chili, pulled pork, or a pot of poultry stock.

Fantastic product! Worth the money! As you get older you don’t want a heavy crock pot. This one is light weight. PLUS YOU CAN BROWN YOUR MEAT ON THE STOVE!!!

There is not enough room to state how happy I am with this product! It’s a breeze to clean!!! It’s the perfect size for the 2 of us. It’s simple and performs perfectly. Hands down the best crockpot/slow cooker I’ve ever owned and I’m 73 and have owned several!

I like that I can put it in the stovetop to sear or sauté. It’s easy to clean. The metal pot is light and easy to store in the fridge after cooking. Low heat for 8 hours doesn’t heat like my slow cooker. I cooked a pork loin for 8hr on low and it was not tender like it is in my ceramic slow cooker. Thats the reason for 4 versus 5 starts. Wish the low heat was hotter.

Works great and the anodized non-stick crock is so light and so much easier to clean than the traditional crocks. We would like to eventually replace all of our crocks with ones like this.

Our little 2 qt crockpot from long ago finally gave it up (20,yrs at least). Went on the hunt for another small(ish) one with maybe a couple more features. Greenpan has this one, and 1st time outta the shoot it’s a winner. We do a lot of cooking under our patio outside. Browned this small pork roast on an electric burner, threw in some onions, put it back on the base, set it to 6 hrs slow and walked away. After 6 hrs were up, set for one more hour on high. No mess in the kitchen, it’s light weight, moving it around is a snap. If it keeps workin ok, we can say it’s a good 5 star. Looking forward to using it outside in the summer

Save your money and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Unfortunately for us, we did not use this product enough to discover the issue until it was too late to return. Hopefully you will not make the same mistake, so just don't waste your money on this. The low heat setting on this product is a joke! we cooked a beef roast in this thing on low for 10 hrs and it still was not fully cooked or very tender, AT ALL!! The only way to cook meat in this thing is to use the High heat setting! But when doing so, you have to keep an eye on it so you can add more liquid to it as the High setting is so high, that it boils the liquid out in a couple of hours! The best way to use this by keeping an eye on it while alternating between the low and high settings until the food is cooked and tender. No more adding your food in, setting the temp on Low, and then leave it alone for about 8 hrs until the food is ready, like we were able to with our old classic Crock Pot! So, again, I advise you to save your money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!

This is an amazing piece of cookware. It is lightweight, easy to use, brown on your stove top, if you want. It is so easy to use and clean. I have made roasts, chicken soup, meatballs and spaghetti, and other items I cannot recall. If you need a sort of a crock pot without the heavy weight of a crock insert this is for you!
