I'm mostly sedentary due to physical injury, and this has been one of the saviours for making sure I keep toned.It's by no means a miracle product, well its not advertised that way, but it's one of the most effective products I've ever used for my hips & thighs, where I have the most hard fat deposits.I full recommend this product for people struggling to lose hard fat, as it softens it and gives a pick me up. You must use it in conjunction with diet, exercise (not extreme) and use it AS INSTRUCTED. Or else it won't work.
