Good quality product but just not strong enough for my 2 dogs would recommend for small dogs

Poor quality, doesn't work at all - you and up mashing thr buttons in the hope of the collar beeping or vibrating but it doesnt work. Go for the £35 version instead as they're fantastic- it's my own fault for being a cheapo

Not waterproof at all, slightest bit of rain and it’s broken!

Nicely presented product, sadly the function didn't match the form.Firstly, the instructions in the box look like the Magna Carta printed on the back of a postage stamp. Either that or it was just a grey bit of paper...The remote was paired out of the box and both it and the receiver had charge in, which was nice. Collar was super long so that's a bonus. Great range on the product too......that's where the problems began.The voice communication, which works great by the way, is NOT secure. I was awoken by what I thought was a demon summoning my soul after selling it at 3am in exchange for a pizza, but it wasn't. It must have been a local builder stepping on his kit.For a few days DeeDee would jump as someone would randomly voice fart into their communicator; the only distinguishable word was Over.Then on Saturday morning it happened. I got the right-wing cab driver who'd seemingly sat on his microphone. On the very few brief occasions he wasn't broadcasting I'd try and speak back that he was talking to a Chinese Crested, but he didn't hear my pleas. I heard his whole, centre-right and slightly bigoted tirade on the upcoming election. Granted it was crystal clear and the battery really held out; I still haven't had to charge it a week later.But the worse thing, the reason the rating is so low, is the fact that the automatic response simply doesn't work. Not fit for purpose really.

I ordered this dog training collar for my family’s recently rescued dog.He is young, not quite 2, and he has zero recall.We are currently using a training lead and we are going to use this collar in conjunction with it.The sound will be used as the command to return and the vibration will be a very little nudge to get him to pay attention.As a reward a confirmation tasty treat will be waiting for him.The vibration intensities which allows us to find the perfect level to get our dog’s attention.The lower settings will be perfect for a small dog but he is a shepherd so he probably won’t even feel them.It is because he will eventually be a bigger dog that training him is crucial and we would all like to see him have the freedom off the lead he deserves especially since he’s had such a poor start to his life.The safe mode prevents accidental use, making it pretty fool proof and it’s very easy to use.He doesn’t have a barking issue and we will just use the sound and vibration.The collar is stylish, but it’s also highly visible, with reflective stitching which is great for when we take him out for evening walks.The fact that it only takes 2 -3 hours to charge and the collar can last for over a week is super convenient as we can use it frequently without having to be constantly recharging it.The collar is also waterproof, which is great as he really does love to play in water.This collar is completely humane and will actually help our beautiful boy lead a much fuller life and learn recall so that he is safe, well trained and under control.Up to us rescuing him he’s had no training at all so using this collar in conjunction with our dog training group will bring him up to speed as he’s a smart cookie.In my opinion the product is both practical and good value for money and has already made a significant impact reinforcing his good behaviour.I hope you find my review helpful.
