As a beginner user trying Jal Neti kriya for the first time, I used and found this setup to be very effective and hassle free. It certainly minimizes effort of controlling the flow of water with the valve and helps to perform the neti with ease. Price isn’t much, that makes it a good purchase.

This is good product

Honestly, this works exactly as advertised, comes with the attachments anyone would need. This particular type of jal neti pot / nasal rinse is ideal. I've tried quite a few of these, and this works the best, definitely much better than the ones you have to lean over and rely on gravity to move the water through. It's got a small button on the bottom of the thing that you press, and a gentle but steady stream goes through the nasal canal and out the other end, and it's not an unpleasant sensation unlike a few others. Also, at this price, it's a no-brainer. The only thing to note is that you should always use distilled water or a saline solution to rinse. DO NOT USE TAP WATER.

Title: Better Than the Traditional Neti Pot review- I used to use the regular ceramic neti pot, but this pressure rinse bottle is way more convenient. You control the flow, and it reaches deeper into the sinuses. A game changer for me! Seller feedback - Great experience.
