It is such a mundane thing to say this is THE BEST incense out on the market when I'm trying to meditate. For years and years, I have looked for the right Bangalore Nag Champa, this is IT. I feel sad both brothers went different ways but I am happy the true one, the one that stuck to their father's believes, and mission; has survived and thrived. This incence not only smells like heaven, peace, and calmness and stillness (oh synonyms), but it burns slowly. The incense I have lit on; it's been on for an hour, and I am not exaggerating. Thank you for hand-rolling it and for bringing it to us at the perfect price. I truly don't need the incense burner, but it motivates me to share and keep spreading the love of this wonderful formula. I call The Angels. I can honestly say this incense is very transcending. If you can't tolerate the smell; your chakras are unaligned.

I have been buying Nag Champa since 2010. Over the years I have encountered many different sellers claiming to sell the real deal, the ever elusive, superior, hand-rolled,BNG Bengaluru Nag Champa. I've read all the articles and comments of people explaining how to determine if it's real; pictures comparing the blue color of the box, what stamp/sticker should be where, how much dust should be in the bag, etc. So as someone who really has no idea, I actually do think this seller has the real stuff. This stuff smells better than the Nag Champa I've been purchasing from a different seller. It has a purer smell...It's hard to describe but I can actually detect a pleasant sandalwoody-vanilla type of scent. Vanilla isn't the right scent but I'm not one for words so I don't know how else to describe it. The sticks seem to last longer as well and the smoke that burns off just seems cleaner, it burns better. It's for these reasons that I'm willing to spend $16 a box, when there are other sellers on here that sell it for much cheaper. I've already repurchased 2 more boxes, just so that I have some in case they switch up the stock and start peddling the smokey Mumbai stuff like everyone else. TL;DR As of February 2023, boxes are BNG Bengaluru (not Mumbai) smell great, have already repurchased

I read the reviews below, indicating that this was the right product, but unfortunately, it seems ive received the one of inferior quality. The package itself was dented, no direct effect on the sticks, but a good amount of residue powder all around the box. The seal seemed to be tampered with as well. As for the quality, I remember the original fragrance from my childhood and while this is definitely not it, it is alright. Had I not read the comments below, I probably wouldn't be talking quality. I haven't been around the original for a while and im assuming thats why my expectations were met...to an extent. I would love to get my hands on the original though.

It was made in Mumbai. The seller advertises that it was made in Bangaluru, but it was Mumbai that arrived for me. Packaging may look similar, but it smells completely different. I returned this.
