Fruit press
Good, sturdy product. Pressed 70kg of pulped apples without any difficulty.

Good size
Very easy to put together (one person 10min approx). No assembly of the woodern basket needed which is a plus. I would advise to go for the largest size possible and I will likely need a few more woodern blocks for pressing. Seems good value for money and base plate is sturdy but I would recommend attaching the base down when pressing. Some cosmetic damage so 4 star was evident but will not impact working or longevity. I have used these models of press before and the amount of juice should be good but I have not used this item yet so will update this in due course.

Juicer: worth more than the three stars it's currently rated with
I used this juicer (6L) a couple of times over a couple of days and I have to say I was VERY impressed with it. I juiced about 60lbs of apples and produced 5 x 2pt bottles (milk) of juice. It's worth far more than the three stars it's been accredited with. What I WOULD say is that you need to cut the apples up and then blitz them with whatever machine you have.Above are photos of cut up apples and blitzed apples.I will also add that you DEFINITELY DO need some extra spacers but once you've got that you're good to go.I'm a novice so I'm not sure what the correct procedure IS but once I have squeezed as much of as possible I then just added more of the blitzed apple to the top. Latterly I got rid of the pulp and filled with fresh lot of blitzed apples and started all over again.Just need to keep turning until no more comes out and then leave it to rest while the residual juice drips out.The above picture just shows 3 of my 5 2pt bottles which I then put in the freezer until needed.I've packed it away now until next year.

It’s ok, will do the job for me
Like others said, it is small. I measured the internal dimensions and it’s only got a 5.6L capacity! Not the 6L as advertised, I assume they around it up 🤦♂️ No to worry for me as I’m pressing a few buckets of fruit so I can refill several times. The rectangle blocks provided (to be used above the semi circular blocks) do not fit in the barrel and need cutting down. Plus you will need more of the these rectangular blocks if you want to compress the fruit more than a couple of cm. Otherwise quality is ok and will get me started for my first venture into cider making

Instruction a little poor. 6L version
Instructions poor but I got it together in the end. You will need more blocks and I made an extra 8.I have added a large steel washer above the large rubber washer beneath the "angle iron", to avoid metal to rubber contact. After the first use, I added a base for the legs to allow extra leverage. If I were to buy again I would go for a larger model.
