Brilliant Kettle
I was very pleased with this kettle.It looks good, I love the colour.It boils quickly and it isn't as noisy as my previous kettle.It is not too heavy, but very sturdy.I would definitely recommend it.Thank you

Beautiful kettle
Lovely kettle which complements my kitchen nicely . Very non-plasticky and shows the temperature of water . Excellent quality and well worth the money .

Faulty product after 6 weeks. No service help.
The media could not be loaded. Buyer beware!Product broke after only 6 weeks of (daily) use! The power switch is stuck in a permanently "on" position and will not return to the off position by itself or even when being pushed up. The kettle doesn't work anymore.The kicker to this is Haden's customer service, however. Willing to work with me on a solution until I let them know I'm an Irish customer. They do not service us. Well, why do they sell to us then? And why did their product break JUST outside of Amazons 4 week return window?Strange and scammy. Will not buy from them again and would advice other Irishmen to proceed with caution too, as manufacturer "does not service" us in case of faulty product.
