Unit comes in two large boxes, check boxes for damage of any kind. Heavy. Damage to the end of a couple of wall sections, nothing that stopped installation, but Keter could/should provide stronger packaging. For the money the shed is decent. Installation instructions are good. Must have a level surface. Must be gentle with screw installation, it is plastic after all. Just experienced huge amounts of rain for days, no leaks. Requires two people for assembly for the most part for ease of installation, plan for a half day to build. Easy overall project. Look up the product on Keter.com for instructions before you buy so you understand the process. Like the 10 year warranty.

I purchased the Oakland 757 model, it was delivered and I paid a contractor to assemble and install. I come home to find the shed completely assembled as expected, but it is NOT the shed I ordered. After searching the Internet it appears to be a Monfort 757 model, I don’t think that model is sold through Amazon. I am extremely disappointed, because I have paid to have a shed assembled that is not the correct shed and is a less expensive model, it is a completely different color that has not been approved by my HOA. I could not be more dissatisfied with this purchase!!! Update: Amazon did refund me the difference in models but the mistake left me with having to paint the shed to get approval from HOA...

I bought the Oakland shed about 4 years ago. When it arrived a panel was damaged and it took 2 months to receive a replacement. It's a nice looking shed but it's lightweight. Maybe good for a she shed, a child's playhouse, or for a few lightweight tools or storing of your bike.You shouldn't lean anything up against the walls because the corner seems will come apart. The four panels are screwed into a lightweight metal frame. So if anything is leaning on one of the panels you will see the corner seems separate. The door hinge also cracked. Needless to say it's coming down and I'm getting a wooden Amish shed.

Shipped and delivered on time with very little package tears. Was hesitant to accept delivery after Amazon put a note that they put a hold on shipments because of negative feedback from customers. I even tried to get in touch with Amazon. What a joke that is. Accepted delivery and started immediately on putting it together. 2 of us took 6 hours taking our time in 100 degree heat. There is a video of 2 guys building the shed that's advantageous to watch. They are Keter trained and do a quick and accurate job. It helped. Make sure the tops line up before setting a screw. Itctakes some adjustment as you go. Lowest setting on driver and then 90 degrees with screwdriver. Btw. There are 4 vents. 1 at each end of the skylight and in each door. Cleverly concealed. That was 1 thing that had me worried. And i could not find accurate info on that. Skylight is very nice. Solid shed and the doors and door latch and handle are superb. Much nicer than other sheds I've seen. Very nice looking and paintable. Still decidind on that. There are some gaps at the upper corner of one door frame and upper and lower door connection when the doors are closed. The only other thing is that i would have liked thicker walls to feel more secure of hanging garage type hardware supports. Overall very pleased

This shed is great. I'm using it as a studio space to work out of. We built a wood platform as the base so it was level and sturdy. The hardest part to put together, according to my husband, was the roof. He would have preferred another person to help. But he was able to get it done. Otherwise, pretty straight forward to assemble if you follow directions.

We really like our new shed. It is as described. We installed our washer and dryer in there. It has rained several times and no water has dripped inside, it has stayed nice and dry. My husband put the shed together himself. I helped a couple of times when needed.

Part came broken and after two year I got a replacement. However, they sent me a replacement for the newest shed. The one that I bought is discontinued. Then, I still have the broken shed and new door that does not match. It is heavy and don’t know what to do with it ? Costumer service is ignoring support now.

The shed itself is fine. The skylight is fun and helpful. However, within 24 hours of assembling this shed someone broke into it and took $1200 in bikes ans tools. It does have a locking system but the hinges are weak at best. The person who broke in kicked the laughable plastic pin that serves as a hinge. It sheared right off and they walked righ in. The police estimated it took less then a minute to break in and walk away with everything. As a shed this is fine. I know that theft is always a risk. But this structure makes it easy to break in.
