excellent item for not much $$
This thing is great! Powers my salamander heater for about 6 - 8 hrs. Charges phones and other devices.

so far this has been awesome
I have taken this on two trips. I plug it into the cigarette lighter as I am driving and it is fully charged when I arrive at my camp site. I charged TWO iPhones from dead to full charge and this device still showed 97%. I bought this primarily to run my laptop computer, but on both trips I only ended up using the laptop for about 2 hours, and again really no drop in the units power. I need to test it at home for say 8 hours, but so far I really like it and will look to purchase another one so I can have 12-16 hours of run time.I still have to find the correct solar charger but will be using that for future camping trips.

0/5 Buyer beware! Do not buy this product!
0/5 stars. Horrible product, never worked would never power on. Kept sending me to their customer service long enough to not be able to not get a refund. Went through all their steps. Horrible product, horrible company, and customer service. Buyer beware. Get a jackery, that’s what I should’ve done.

Input marked 15VDC can accept up to 23V ...so standard 12V (really 18V) solar panels are OK!
I sent the question to Powkey and they responded. Really nice to have this feature. Because it also supports pass through charging, you can use this as a UPS for AC or 12V or USB applications! The only downside I've found is trying to run a portable 12V fridge on the 12V output. It runs fine, but when the compressor cycles off the power bank shuts down too because of no power draw. I was hoping that connection was an unregulated/unswitched direct connection to the battery, but I guess I understand why it's not. User could drain the lithium to nothing and destroy the power bank.

Great device!
Great for power blackouts! Small enough to handle easily and use.

When we needed, it provided
We had bought one of these about a year ago, just to have in case we needed a way to recharge phones, mabye run a small fan or such during a power outage. It came with a nice case and several useful cables. And, that neat little case got put away and all but forgotten, until a couple of days ago. Storms came through and knocked out power for days. We pulled the power brick out of the closet, and it worked like a champ. For the bulk of four days, it kept three phones recharged. We used it to power a small USB fan at night to stay cool. The AC function worked on a couple of different chargers. We visited family once in a powered area, using that oppoirtunity to recharge the block. It was truly a winner during the power outage. It works with a solar panel to recharge, too. But, we never had the chance to try it. Once we are back to completely normal life again, we plan on getting another one of these. It will never replace bigger devices for household use, but for what it does it was both perfect and dependable.

Good for occasional use
Purchased in June 2024 for use in my greenhouse and for picnics to charge phone and run a small fan. This is March 2025 and now the battery will not charge. While it was working, the solar bank was awesome. The solar panel is still very useful, so it's not a complete loss. The manual states it could be charged/discharged over 500 times so it performed up to specs. I will look for one better designed for everyday use this time.

Works well. Easy to charge.
This worked very well keeping our food hot during our tailgate to the KC Royals opener.
