I love all the products from smart pressed juice. Everything tastes so good. The 3 and 7 day cleanse helped me to reset my eating habits!! I highly recommend these products!!

LOVE THE TASTE AND CONVENIENCE: I don't like really sweet protein shakes or anything else super sweet and I have struggled to find a protein shake that doesn't taste ridiculously sweet, not to mention they usually have 'powdery/chemical' taste, this product does not have that and is so convenient, with simple directions with times to let you know when to drink each. It kept me full and was easy to mix. I just used cold water and shake, shake, shake and ready to drink. The greens were great too and I loved the beet packet, I like that there is a variety! I ordered one day so I could decide and before the day was over I ordered the kit for 7 days, glad to find this product, as I travel several times a week and this was easy to bring through TSA and get water on the gate side of the airport! Glad I found it and will continue to use it to reduce calories during the day after the first cleanse is complete.

Works great and really reduces cravings. I lost 10 lbs in a week. Highly recommend.

I would buy this 7 day cleanse again! I am about 5’8 and very over weight (299+lbs). I followed the plan as scheduled and only used water for each cleanse. My lunch at 12 pm consisted of quinoa, plain black beans, tofu, and cut up plain sweet potatoes! I did ensure I moved a total of 20 mins a day. Whether that be house work or getting on my elliptical. All that said I did lose 10.4lbs. As far as taste.. I am not a vanilla person for flavor. It was fine and a bit thick. But I stirred it up with a fork each time and it was fine. I am not a fan of beets at all.. but the beet revive was very tolerable and actually liked it as the days went on! The greens was the best tasting one. I couldn’t really taste any flavor from the pineapple chia seed. All in all I had a good experience. The beets gave me almost instant energy and kept me in the zone mentally!. And I am anemic so the energy for me was a real plus! I was not hungry at all during this cleanse. This is my honest review and would definitely recommend. I hope it goes well shall you decide to give it a try which you should!

The Beet and protein shakes were my absolute favorite. The beets shake really made me feel full and gave me energy. It's something I would consider drinking on a daily basis. The vanilla protein shake was delicious and easy on the tummy. Being lactose intolerant it is hard finding a shake that does not cause abdominal discomfort even lactose free ones. So I was very happy with this one. The greens and pineapple chia were not my taste buds favorite but they were definitely drinkable. I mixed all of my shakes with water, they would probably have tasted better with the recommended juices.Overall although I was hungry at times, this cleanse was really do-able without any abdominal discomfort, bloating, severe hunger or cravings.I ordered the 7 day cleanse and unfortunately I received the 3 day cleanse. I called Amazon customer support, they were helpful and resolved the issue for me with no hassle.After having a pleasant experience with the cleanse day 1, I contacted the company themselves to inquire about future orders. Customer service was easy to reach, friendly and even sent me a free shaker bottle for my inconvenience. They ensured me they would look into the issue and if I were to have missing product in the future they would be happy to replace any missing items.I would absolutely order again. :)

I've done this cleanse several times and for different lengths. It's super easy and I feel so good afterwards. The one day is my favorite for a quick reset after a weekend or vacation that included extra/not-the-healthiest food. I've started keeping the full cleanse, as well as what I need for shakes on hand just to make it even easier. No excuses to feel blah! In between cleanses, the protein powder is my very favorite brand ever.

I’ve done juice 7-day cleanses from RAW in the past (which are fantastic) but was looking for product more convenient than bottled juices to kick-start my diet plan. Except for the protein drink these drinks are simply awful to drink and not filling. With my previous RAW cleanses I actually had trouble drinking all the juices in a day as they were very filling. I purchased the 7-day plan and only made it thru 5-days even supplementing with salad with lean protein. Program left me feeling weaker as the days progressed and never experienced the energy, clear mind etc and decided just wasn’t worth it….. Granted this is a cleanse program and aren’t easy but found the bottle juice program far easier to make it thru full cleanse program.Regarding exercising with PLEASE READ the FAQ on vendors web-site regarding avoid heavy/strenuous exercising. I only read the first couple words (my bad) before purchasing. After the 2nd day I could only complete >40% of my normal exercise routine (which is strenuous) and my BPM went sky-high after only few minutes. With my previous cleanses from RAW I was able to maintain my normal workout routines.Advice to others: I wouldn’t recommend this product and you should take serious look at bottle juices even thou they contain more sugar your likely be more successful with sticking with the program. If you do purchase would advise buying the 3-day program to see if these program is right for you.

I did a 3 day cleanse. Lost 3 lbs and feel less bloated. The protein drink tasted like vanilla ice cream. I mixed it in almond milk. A little clumpy when not using a blender. The remaining powders I mixed with water. The root mix tasted like a strawberry popsicle dipped in dirt. Earthy I guess you could say. The green mix tasted like a banana with an earthy after taste and the cleanse mix was like a diluted down pineapple juice. All were very tolerable and overall I say it is worth it!
