For when you have lots of envelopes to seal!
If you're like me, this time of the year you end up sealing a LOT of envelopes for things like holiday cards and whatnot (or, you may do this all year if you work in an office environment where you still send postal letters frequently). And while I love the send of cards (and the receiving of course), I never look forward to sealing the envelopes - regardless of how you do it. Licking the envelopes is effective, but tastes awful and isn't really a great option if you have dozens or even hundreds of envelopes (not to mention the sanitary issues if you're doing this in a office environment especially). I've also tried using a sponge (or paper towel) and this is better, but doesn't seem to activate the glue quite as well and you have to be very careful not to overlly dampen the envelope. But then I came upon these Dab-N-Seal envelope moisteners and it seems that all my problems have been solved. These moisteners are easy to use - you really just open them up and dab them along the back of the envelope you want to seal (think about them like bingo "daubers" that you might see people using). Not only do they do a great job of activating the existing adhesive on the envelope, but the liquid in the moistener also has some adhesive / glue in it. This means that the envelopes are VERY securely sealed which is really nice. I haven't had any issues getting just the right amount of lquid out of the moistener (so no overly damp envelopes). Note, this is a bulk pack, and each of the 12 included moisteners can seal a LOT of envelopes - so this might be best suited for an office environment where you have many people closing envelopes. So if you have a lot of envelopes you want to close securely and easily, this is a great option. Give it a try today!

Great Bulk Pack for Projects
I picked this up because I knew I would be closing Christmas card envelopes for our customers, which are a lot of envelopes to do. I hate licking envelopes, so even if I didn’t have this, I’d be using a wet napkin on the back of the envelope. But having a dab n seal envelope moistener makes everything go quicker and helps out if you are doing a lot of envelopes at once (Christmas cards, Wedding Invites, Thank you cards, etc.)I plan to utilize this for scrapbooking as well, since it comes in a small easy to hold package.

Solid alternative to glue sticks for crafts
I just love the fact that these have some extra adhesive built in. They go on pretty smooth and don't wrinkle envelopes like licking would. The adhesive also did double duty for me when I made some holiday cards with punches of snowmen and snowwomen and trees for Christmas cards. I ran out of glue sticks and didn't realize until it was too late too get more. The adhesive will separate if the things aren't covered well enough, but they did an awesome job for me! It doesn't go on as thick as glue sticks do, but getting good coverage worked out.

Very useful during card season.
Tis the season for Christmas cards, so I was excited to see something that would help in sealing a couple hundred envelopes. I usually resort to using a sponge, but the envelopes end up wrinkled. These Dab-N-Seal bottles work really well. They come in a twelve pack, and they say each bottle will seal up to 1,500 envelopes. When you unscrew the lid, there’s a rounded foam top that you just slide or dab along the envelope's seal. It activates the glue that’s already there. You can also use it as a better alternative to glue stick. It dried quickly on the envelope, leaving no wrinkles. I then opened the envelope as if I had received it in the mail, and it opened fairly cleanly.I really like these and will put them to use right away. They're perfect for offices and bulk mailing, wedding invitations or graduation announcements, too.

Amazing
I have been using these for a minute now. I love these. So much better than licking a stamp. These are gay and effective. Also, they last forever. I cannot and will not mail an envelope without them. I appreciate good product. The adhesive is good. Very effective. Highly recommended!

Not a huge fan.
I can definitely see these serving a purpose, but they just aren't that useful. At first, it's hard to get the fluid out of the pen, and then when you do, it's really globular and messy. Easy to get all over the place, and it stains fabric. If you're sealing a bunch of envelopes, it's probably better just to lick them or use the washcloth/sponge trick. If they don't already have adhesive, there's probably still a better option than this, lol.

Dab-N-Seal Envelope Moistener with Adhesive
With a slight press of the soft tip, a sufficient amount of adhesive is applied to an envelope and creates a perfect seal. The product comes shipped with twelve bottles, making the adhesive available in several areas where needed. It can also be used where other paper projects are involved. It has many uses from crafts, sealing envelops and where a secure paper seal is needed.
