Good+ tripod
Really impressed with this tripod. Especially considering the price. Very light, very sturdy even with a Sony 200-600 in use. Ball head is fine. Very happy with this purchase.

Very good.
Very nice. I thought it would be tedious to deal with the four locks on each leg, but it's not that bad. Seems stable enough for a standard DSLR or mirrorless. I bought for travel but that hasn't happened yet, but it should work very well for that.

High quality, stable, lightweight, with a high load rating.
UPDATE: One star removed for an easy to fix oversight: After using the mount for over a month, I quickly came across one flaw in the kit provided, which is the 3/8" x 1/4" adapter screw. Unfortunately, the adapter that neeway provides in this kit is the style that has a small lip at the bottom of one end. This style screw adapter is intended to be threaded into the bottom of a quick mount plate to limit the travel of the adapter screw through the plate. On the tripod center column adapter which includes a 1/4" screw, the included 3/8"x1/4" adapter screw with lip actually limits the ball head or whatever accessory you're attaching from compressing at all against the center column plate and causes ALL of the weight to be pivoting on the adapter screw itself. This causes a very unstable situation when you have heavy loads being supported. The fix to this issues would cost neewer nothing, with the fix being to replace the 3/8"x 1/4" adapter screw w/ lip with a 3/8" x1/4" adapter screw without a lip. This would allow the supported tripod head or accessory to fully compress against the center column plate and to properly put both the 1/4" column screw and 3/8" x 1/4" adapter screw in tension which would balance out all loads. Pics attached showing the small gap between the center column plate and mounted accessory as well as examples of the included and correct adapter screw. Both screws could be included to cover all situations, but just the non lip version would be usable for all situations and be much easier to remove as the screw driver alot would always be accessible.Sturdy, light weight, feature packed tripod. I'm using this tripod for astrophotography while melting a 7 lb Star tracker and approximately 7 lb of camera gear. The flip open leg brackets make it super easy to adjust the level as needed. The only small downside to this tripod is the primary head only allows a square quick release plate and not a elongated arca swiss mount. My setup is also using the neewer vixen dovetail which is rock solid.

Very Satisfied (so far)
I just received this tripod and haven't really had a chance to use it yet, and I'll update this review if I change my mind, but I couldn't be much more satisfied right now. This tripod is compact and lightweight, but seems very well made, sturdy and stable. It also comes with a nice zippered carrying case into which the tripod fits with no hassle. Even though its compacted length is less than 17", it extends to 62" and is still rock solid.I only needed a new tripod because I misplaced the QR plate for my Geekoto video tripod and was unable to find a new one. When I contacted Geekoto about getting a replacement, they told me that this was a discontinued special order item and that they didn't carry a replacement QR plate for it and couldn't get one.I never really liked that tripod anyway, but it was expensive and it really irritated me that it was now useless. What I didn't like most about the Geekoto was that you had to invert the center post of the tripod in order to fit it inside the case that came with it. What a pain for someone who uses their tripod while traveling all over the US and Canada in a motorhome!Of course, I found the Geekoto's QR plate after this one arrived. It was attached to my telephoto zoom lens that I pulled out to see how well it works with the Neewer. (It work just fine even though that lens is heavier than the tripod!).The bottom line is that this tripod will be my travel companion and the Geekoto tripod will sit home in the closet, unused. Anybody need a video tripod (with one QR plate)?

Good tripod, bad head.
Great tripod the legs are sturdy, the adjustment is easy and it’s lightweight. The head is good but the attachment from the camera to the head is junk. I had a camera fall off because it’s very hard to tell if it’s inside attached or not. If they could fix the quick release, it would be a way better piece of gear. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than an iPhone.

Very happy with the build quality of this tripod
A little heavier than expected, but not an issue by any means. I do believe the listing had the weight listed incorrectly when I bought it. A real value should be closer to 3 lbs. Very solid when deployed though - sturdy legs. The tripod head is nice. Overall workmanship looks great. I def recommend this as it is considerably cheaper than similar alternatives from other brands with no noticeable difference in functionality.
