Having tried other Lions mane this one appears the best. Have a little each night mixed in with decaf tea mixes well and does not change taste of tea helps to relax before bedtime and has improved sleep.

Overall, the taste is mild and mushroomy; the solubility is good; I haven't noticed any negative side effects. Whether my personal positive experience is due to a placebo effect or lion's mane's effectiveness is hard to say, but in comparison to other similar self experiments I conducted with other traditional and natural supplements I tend to rate this as more effective than others.

I did research before buying and read a lot of reviews. This is excellent quality and good value when you buy the largest pack. Well packaged and quickly sent. I take a teaspoon in my morning coffee and have definitely noticed being less fatigued. I am sleeping better and my gut seems more settled too.

So good, just put some in coffee a few times and you'll feel great, focused for a short burst

Eftersom produkten kommer från Kina vet inte jag om jag kan lita på innehållet. Utifrån beskrivningen och namnet på produkten, Sevenhills, fick jag intrycket att det var från EU eller USA. Blev hård i magen och kände ingen effekt alls efter en vecka. Kan inte rekommendera denna produkt till någon.
