Grind No More Night Guard (16 Count) and Plackers Micro Mint Dental Floss Picks (90 Count)

I'm not usually a 5-star rater. My motto is: you have to literally change my life for the better to get 5 stars. Well, these both have done it. The grind guards fit right out of the packaging (no boiling, molding, etc), fit upper or lower teeth (I've done either, no problems), are hardly noticeable when wearing, and (for me, at least) last longer than manufacturer's suggestion, so versus most competition I save $ long-term & don't feel as wasteful using them. The flossers are the only reason I floss. I had stopped flossing decades ago b/c I hated using floss. These are a lot easier to use and (again, for me) last multiple uses, so I again save $ & feel less wasteful long-term. I and my dentist thank you, Plackers! :)

Can’t sleep without them. They are really efficient!!

I got these because I clench my jaw and push my teeth forward at night and these helped but felt weird at first. I had to use mine on the bottom, not the top, but I feared choking on it, but it did stay in place at night. I’ve used it a few times but I dislike having something in my mouth when I’m trying to sleep. It might work better for you than it did me.

I've been using these Plackers products for a while now. The comfortable design of the night guard is a blessing to the nocturnal teeth grinders. As the sun rises, disposing it off is as easy as cracking an egg for breakfast. Now, the dental floss. It's minty, it's fresh, but boy, I wish it was a tad stronger! And the packaging, ah, it could use a little more personality, or should I say, pizzazz. Overall, the night guard is my crowning glory, and the floss, a loyal but slightly flawed sidekick.
