I just received mine today so this review will have to be updated later. That said, it's setup to play right our of the box. Good string height, nut, and frets. I'm a beginning player so I'm taking my time and going step by step. The satin neck, beautiful fret board enhance the stunning looks of this sea breeze beauty. Tomorrow I'll clean it up, tune it, etc. I have a little belt-clip practice amp to take it through it's initial paces as I learn to play. So far, I'm in love!

My expectations were not high, and I bought this guitar mostly because of the unique paint job, plus I watched a Youtube video -- "Scar My Guitar" -- where the guy reviewed one of these Sojilles, and he thought it was pretty good. I trust this dude, so I didn't think twice, bought it, and when I unboxed it, I could not believe what a nice instrument it was. I have 11 guitars, mostly Strats and Teles, and I do my own guitar setups. I thought this one would need everything. It didn't. It was ready to go. Intonation was good, low end hardware is totally fine. Strings had to go, but pots work and tone is great. Very light weight but so easy to grab instead of one of my heavy Fenders. I still prefer my maple fretboard Strat from last century, but this guitar is marvelous for under $100.

There's nothing to like about a guitar that does not play
