I’m good with this as a pill but I use them to make yogurt. I break it open, add to milk, and follow a safe recipe. Works very well.

I've used these probiotics for almost a year now and I'm very happy with them.Although I don't take them as often as I used to (as I tend to get my probiotics from other natural sources) this is definitely great. I've never had digestion issues (as I eat very clean) and rarely ever get sick (and when I do it's a 2-day cold usually), but this product is amazing. I had recommended it to a friend with horrible digestion and she is so happy she tried it. She rarely ever gets stomach pains anymore (she also eats very clean, but had poor digestion due to medication she had to take in the past).There's not much to say; make sure to look at the CFU's of the product and the different strains. Also look into what they each do if you're interested. That's what I did. I still buy this product routinely and although I don't use it every day anymore, I do use it once every two.I started looking into probiotics in general after having had gone through almost one year use of Doxycycline for facial acne. Although the antibiotics definitely did help calm my breakouts down a lot, they were only being destructive in the long term (not to mention the possibility of antibiotic resistance, yikes). This was a bit over two years ago, when I decided to turn my health around completely and start exercising daily, eating right, and really taking care of myself. I thought it was a bit strange that my doctor (who was a nice fellow nevertheless) put me on medication for so long, especially for something that really isn't all that serious (I was 16 at the time so what did I know. I'm 19 now, and still learning a lot, but I definitely don't recommend using medication for something that isn't life-threatening or serious) Not to mention that prolonged use of antibiotics is extremely detrimental to your health (and I'm lucky I've suffered no noticeable side effect like my friend who's digestive system was affected). I did however want to recolonize my gut with healthy bacteria that had been killed off due to many rounds of antibiotics. Although my acne started to come back (as it most usually does after treatment with antibiotics) I found it gradually started to fade and my breakouts became less frequent once I cut most dairy out and started supplementing with probiotics. Now I'm a health nut and haven't had any processed food in over a year as well as making sure that the food I eat is wholesome and not full of fillers like most of the Western Diet is (so I guess I went from one extreme to the other), but this really did work for me.I definitely recommend trying out different strains however to colonize your gut, but do your research and be very weary.All in all, I love this product and would definitely recommend it to others. One effect I did notice (since I never really had poor digestion) is that my immune system has been so much better since using this. I never got sick in the first place but I had bad seasonal allergies. Now I can walk through a forest of pollen and not feel the slightest bit of an effect. There has been research that probiotics do help with immune responses, so I attribute that to this product.

I bought this to use as a starter for soy milk yogurt. It worked like a dream. I just poured a quart of (aseptically sealed) soy milk into a clean glass quart jar, added probiotics from 5 capsules, gave it a little stir, put it in my oven with the oven light on, and the next morning woke up to some great tasting yogurt.Easy peasy.

This Probiotic works wonders for me. I have tried several others, but this one works. My stomach issues are all but gone. Keep in fridge.

Bought this as an alternative to a higher priced pro-biotic. I am on the first stage of the GAPS diet (with a few asides), but I eat for one 24 hour period and fast while taking NOW GR8 for the next 24 hour period. I am taking 10 GR8's by the pair stretched out over the day that I do not eat. I have been on varying extreme diets for about the last three years trying to find relief from a tough case of ADD that typical ADD medicines only gave me short term relief from. This new regimen of initial stage GAPS diet one day and an alternating day of fasting with 10 GR8's has kicked me into a new phase where I don't lose clarity when I eat. How much credit I can give to the GR8's I do not know, but they are part of a regimen that is working for me and is giving me better results than Concerta or Vyvance ever did. I am big on NOW foods and give this probiotic a 5 star rating for my digestive health needs. The price is doable. I get my probiotics on my eating days with 24 hour home-made yogurt. "I can see clearly now the 'fog' is gone".

Ive been taking it for about 2 months now and its really helped what I now believe was/is IBS. I didnt know it untill I starting taking this and realized how much it helped.Between this and eating Activa, I feel a LOT less bloated ,Ive lost at least 5 pounds around my midsection.This is the first probiotic Ive taken. Bought some Accu-flora but it only contains about 1/8 as many bacteria which means its much weaker.Ive read reviews on some other, really expensive pro-biotics and people rave about them. Im not sure Im ready to spend 55 cents to $1 each though.I get my Gr8-Dophilus for 15 cents each including shipping when buying 2 bottles. Will probably get it a bit cheaper than that if I buy 4 or 5 at a time and I probably will next time as I dont envision not taking it anytime soon.See clubnatural on fleabay and make them an offer.

I've seen other products with 80 billion CFUs; I don't think my intestines are long enough for 80 billion.I did ok with 30 billion, but even that was a bit much. I found 13 billion, which was no strain at all.Not sure what's the philosophy behind 4 billion. Maybe for children?5 Stars because Now makes good products.

牛乳やヨーグルトを摂ると、お腹を壊したりむくみが出やすいため、プロバイオティクスのサプリメントを探しておりました。以前よりNow Foods社の他のサプリメントを使用しており、レビューも良いので購入に至りました。私はお腹が弱く壊しやすい体質のため、初めはおそるおそる摂取しましたが、朝と夜にわけて1粒ずつ飲むと、翌日には2回もトイレに行くことができ、効果がありました。ビオフェルミンやヤクルトを飲むと効きすぎてお腹がゆるくなりトイレに駆け込むのですが、腹痛がおきたりすることもなく私には合っています。今回大サイズ(120 vcap) を購入し、1日2タブレット飲んでも約2ヶ月は持つので、ヨーグルトをちまちま買うより経済的です。また、タブレット自体も今まで見たことが無いような白地の頑丈そうで厚みのあるカプセルで、これなら途中で溶けずに腸に届きそうです。〜 2017.3 追記 〜3回リピート中です。1日2粒では多い (便の回数が2〜3回と多い) ため、1日1粒に減らしました。1粒に減らすとお腹の調子が揺らぐことがなく、また通常どおりの1日1回の便通に戻りました。体格の差や、薬が聞きやすいか否かなどで、半量の1粒か、メーカー推奨の2粒か決めても良いと思います。私の場合、もともと薬が効きやすい体質のため、2粒では日中お腹がコポコポと忙しく動き、張り気味だった気がします。

もともと便通は良い方だったが、年齢のせいか、ここ1年ほど軟便、消化不良のことが増えてきました。ビオフェルミンを飲んでも少しは効果はあるけど、もっと良い物はないかとこれを試しました。ガスが多く出て苦しかったのが、飲み始めて1，2日で解消。1週間ほど経つと軟便も治って、好調です。個人差はあるでしょうが、試す価値はあると思います。

購入５回目ぐらいでしょうか、１個目はすごく効果があるように思いましたが、慣れてきたのかあまり効果を感じなくなりました。
