Rowin Clip-On Tuner for Guitar Bass Ukulele Chromatic Violin Included Battery Black

It had arrived VERY fast. I recently got a new instrument and needed a new cheap new tuner. It came in a big box for such a small item and it had only the small box with the tuner- no protection it seemed more or less to be thrown around during shipping. It came with the battery but not already in the tuner. It came with helpful instructions and while putting a battery in is easy, I wish it gave tips and it was so hard to get it. After about almost an hour and different people, we got the battery in. It works great and I would recommend!

Bought this, then bought ten more for my students. Even a 6 year old can successfully use it and a 70 year old can see it.

It works fairly well on high pitched soprano ukuleles. I can even get it to work on a classic size ukulele. It is totally useless on a baritone ukulele. It can never decide what note or what octave. I bought two and was going to give one to a friend. I decided not to gift one. I need all the friends I can get. If you are tuning a soprano uke then you will probably be OK. If you plan to tune anything else buy something different. There are some good apps out there if you look. You just can't clip them onto your uke.

I tried this tuner to be a giveaway to my students at my guitar teaching school. The product works excellent and far I have ordered 20 of them and given them to my students.

Always have to retune by ear afterwards.I let a bassist at a jam borrow it. watched him struggle with it, hand it back and thank me, and then walk to go grab his tuner out of his car.Even the cheapest snarks are fine for my purposes, but not this at all....

Very cheap design. The battery clip came off at first use, i am pretty good with soldering, so i was able to fix it and get it working. Otherwise it would have been a quick return. Seems fairly accurate.

These clip on tuners are never all that road-worthy. But this thing got all wacky after like 2 gigs. Replaced the battery and it was still pretty useless.

Works good, seems precise enough, easy to read. However, on some of my Ukes it often has issues reading the first and second string properly. I have 2 other (different) clip-on's, which don't have that issue.Plugging the string harder will make it work tho. For the price this is still OK.

Arrived on time and as described. I find that it is not as easy to use as others I’ve had. Maybe faulty because when you are in tune the screen is black.

Terrible stopped working 1 minute after I got it thought it was the battery bought a new battery still won't work. Useless I am sorry I bought it .

Wouldn't detect some of the strings I was able to tune half of them basically and had to borrow my friends tuner to finish the job so it was a pretty useless buy , fortunately amazons has good return policy

I love the tuner accuracy and also because I can tune both my guitar and my violin but unfortunately the spring part of the clip broke within a week. If not clipped on my guitar or violin it doesn’t get the vibration to tune so this tuner is now useless after 2 uses. I am very sad about that.

Works fine . Some difficulties tuning "G" string on my Gibson 335 guitar but over all nice tuner .
