Unlike everyone else I paid for my ‘hot water bottle’ - I don’t know what to call it - but that’s essentially what it is. A bag of liquid that’s heated up in under ten minutes to boiling point via a curious charger. I was grateful for all the reviews as there’s no instructions. You have to slide the plastic disc around itself to open. When hot it’s too hot for me to use for long but because of the hand warmer design (you can put your hands inside it) there’s double fabric on one side making it bearable until it cools off a bit.But it absolutely works fantastic. It stayed warm for over 6 hours last night and was still warm when I woke up. I’ve recharged it this morning and Its a nice size and weight to pop onto awkward body parts like a knee without sliding off - which my wheat bags do.It’s only the size of 3 mobile phones - but smaller than a normal hot water bottle but it’s mighty and a perfect size to cuddle.I am a little concerned as it heats up in contact with a surface - in my case the carpet - I had thought you could charge and use later but it was boiling hot when I picked it up. I love the charger. My children won’t work it out in a hurry and it’s easy to attach when you know how. I don’t have to stand freezing in my kitchen waiting for it to warm up.It does bubble like a kettle when charging which is odd but nice lol!I like to be cool in bed and electric blankets make me too hot so this is perfect to just hug.I honestly wish I hadn’t bought Christmas pressies now as everyone would love one or two of these. It’s fabulous. I just wouldn’t give to a child as it’s very hot when charged.Highly recommend.

Have this for a while now and it is used almost every night by my wife, charges in a few minuets and stays hot for a good few hours. So far have no problems with the charging or plugs all working as it should. So far there is No sign of any wear or tear, good value for money I would buy this again no problem.

This is good- it’s quick to charge up (about 5 mins)There’s a red light when it’s charging and it turns off when it’s done.Could do with a beep or something, because other than the light you don’t know it’s ready and it will start to cool from then.I’d say the heat lasts 90 mins or so, which is less than a standard hot water bottle but I use this either in bed or when I’m working at my desk.Easy to put back on charge for a few minutes and have it hot again.Saves on heating, saves on filling a kettle etc.I bought another 2 as Christmas gifts after using mine and being impressed.

This is a great product in theory but after a few weeks of use it started to make a strange smell when heating up. Unfortunately this was after the returns window had closed.Update: bought a second and the same happened again. Clearly a common fault.

Bought this for a friends birthday, she hasn’t stopped raving about it, uses it every night, heats up very quickly, and no messing about with hot water and leaks. Highly recommend this item

Using it as I print. Seems low at first, then the water spreads out and is almost too warm. Good value for money

Very pleased ,easy to use ,only takes 5 to 6 minutes to heat up and stays warm for a long time about 4 hoursunder a blanket.feels nice looks well made .

I first tried one when I went camping. It was a game changer. It actually stayed warm until the morning. Then it was fantastic for my bad back, my sore neck and I even have a separate one for my cold feet in my bed. This year I bought everyone one for Christmas. There initial faces were blank. Then two days later they all raved about them except that one relative. There's always one. There a game changer. I use mine almost every day .
