Fast delivery, nice packaging and great seller!

I purchased this product expecting good quality, but unfortunately, it fell short. Water has been leaking from the top part, and it seems the plastic cap is of poor quality. Even after ensuring it's tightly sealed, the issue persists. This is quite frustrating, especially since the product seemed promising initially. I hope the seller addresses the issue with better materials or offers a replacement. It is not worth the hassle unless improvements are made.

This tumbler is really good build. The color is not chipping off. The only problem is the main problem, it stopped keeping water cool after 2 weeks. I have been using it for a month now.
