It works really good, fast time heat up and ready to use laminator

The laminator arrived well packaged with instructions and extra tools for cutting corners, a ruler to measure & cut paper and10 pouches to start laminating. The unit is quite sturdy and heats up pretty fast. The back plate fits securely into the laminator, so much so, that I found it hard to remove so I decided to keep the unit intact. I prefer to have it fix snuggly vs falling out. For my personal use, this machine is perfect and well worth its value.

I had an older model laminator made by Sinopuren - it started making terrible noises and I emailed customer service and got an immediate response identifying the issue - it was basically dying a slow death. Customer service said if I placed an order for a newer model they would offer me a 30% discount...and they honored it. So I received a new model laminator that works perfectly at a reduced price. Wonderful customer service and the prior laminator served a great long life..i'm looking forward to the same with this newer model with thanks to great customer service!

I am glad I bought it. The previous laminator I had bought at Walmart "Scotch" broke on me because string broke on the inside, and I did not use it often. This laminator does a superb job so far, and it also does up to 13 inches, which my previous one did not. One thing, once it finishes sealing do not leave it there or it will slightly curl on the end side because of the hot sealing, and this goes with all laminators. I use this to seal pictures and do craft collages. You can also laminate your dried flowers and do a collage with it. You can also laminate your child's drawings. All I need to do is buy the frame and I have pictures to hang on the walls without paying a lot at the stores. It is worth buying this laminator.

This is a nice laminator which I got at a reduced price. It laminates very well and has 3 settings which is nice. The only thing that may make me return it is that the feed tray from the back slants up...then slightly down and then up into the machine. My old scotch one had a simple tray that fed more direct into the machine...no ups. I laminate flower items so have to be careful they don't fall out before they go in. Going to use it a bit more before I fully decide.
