Beautiful calendar!

Tropical calender
Great tropical pictures. Nice large days to write simple things on like “grandma’s birthday” or “Doc App.” I hang this in my office to dream of being on vacation. I like it so much this is second year of same calendar.Only negative is when you write on days and turn the page you can lightly see that on the next months days. Maybe the picture rubbing off, maybe thin paper? We are talking simple ball point pin. It’s hardly noticeable and not a huge deal but still an overall problem with calendar.

Okay, but a little over-photoshopped
We like calendars and tend to have wall calendars in the kitchen and I keep a desk calendar and of course a family calendar on Apple. This is a good basic quality calendar. I tend to write with a strong print though and it always mars the under picture -- the next month's picture. We've been to a lot of these places and it is definitely a nice reminder of past days of easy traveling around the world. These pictures are just bit too blue, even for the places they depict. It is the touched-up nature of the color that bothers me.

Large and pretty! Photos are interesting and slightly different. Lots of holidays pre-labeled
... And in today's episode of, "Let's buy a calendar that makes us regret where we live all year long..." 😅 I do like the pictures, very much. Please see video. There are a few comments to make for the record. The water in the pictures is absolutely beautiful, but I do think it's been airbrushed some. A close examination of where the water hits the beach in several pictures simply shows a bluish haze fading to brown, which is not how beaches work. (Sure looks pretty, though.) The water looks touch-up colored, but the other hand if you've been to a tropical beach that is actually what it looks like. And pictures don't always convey the color - n fact, they rarely do. So I think it's likely that it's just been corrected to be accurate. The background pictures have a tendency to be more brown than green and lush. They are realistic pictures and not all the cut and paste "waterfall into a pool surrounded by green trees" sort. As far as the calendar itself goes, it is a standard slightly large calendar, with thick coated pages and boxes big enough to write things in. The calendar is 12" x 12", easily the size of a large floor tile, and each individual box inside is 2" x 1 and 5/8". It comes with a lot of readable, pre-labeled holidays and events, including the phases of the moon, daylight savings time, things like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the usual civic holidays, Election Day (shudder), Juneteenth, and major holidays – at least some of them – from all three major Western religions. There's also a cut-to-size thick cardboard square that has a 2025 calendar printed on it, if you can think out that far. I'm still trying to adapt to the fact that it's going to be 2024! It's a very nice calendar and will serve me very well.

Very nice calendar with enticing tropical settings from around the world.
I am very happy with this RED EMBER Untamed & Beautiful Tropical Islands 2024 calendar! This is the 2nd RED EMBER calendar I have gotten (one for home and one for the office) and it is exactly the size advertised, 12" x 12", so 24" long when opened. All the pictures are of gorgeous, exotic beach landscapes from around the world. Here's a few more things I like about it:- There is plenty of space for writing things in on each date, with only a few dates taking up half a square, such as March 24th and 31st.- Each page has a small calendar of the month prior and following for easy reference.- Where there is room, the dates from the previous month are included, only grayed out to show they are not from the current month, such as November (see photo).- All the usual American holidays are included and a few international holidays such as Chinese New Year. There are even some well-known non-holidays listed, such as the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras. I'd never seen that before purchasing the other RED EMBER calendar.- November and December 2023 are the first page (with November being where the picture usually is) in case the buyer didn't already have a calendar.- Looks like retail on this calendar is $15.99, but it's $8.99 on Amazon as of 11/5/23.
