I have been looking for this for years. It’s similar to what the Amish markets use on their donuts and such. Pure, beautiful, and light flavored. Stays white (unless you add coloring), and doesn’t melt into the cake or whatnot. A must have for any true baker. I find the quality to be much better than the normal 10x sugar. If you want your drizzles or deco to stand out, this is my little secret

Great product and service

I was surprised at the number of hard clumps in this product. It made measuring difficult as I had to measure, sift, break up clumps (with a spoon), and remeasure. And I was never able to get all the clumps so there was a fair amount of product thrown away.
