this vanity was fairly easy to build considering hinges are difficult to work with sometimes in flat pack furniture. everything was very clearly labelled with clear instructions, apart from the support hinge for the mirror lid opening feature, but it was pretty easy to work out once i had practiced a few times. they also tell you how to adjust the hinges if the lid or door are slightly off! the quality of the vanity is amazing i love it so much! i will say that the depth of the inside desk is not very big, so be wary if you have large products! i would advise to measure your things and decide on a layout before purchasing if you want to make sure everything will fit. i will say that the mirror inside is quite low down so it is great if you are shorter or have a smaller torso, but just be wary if you are tall that you will have to slouch if you want to see yourself! i am 5'5" with an even torso to leg ratio, and i only have to lower my head a little bit, just for comparison! great value for money! and it looks amazing in my room and keeps everything so tidy! amazing for adhd when you don't want to put your makeup away again or find a specific product! they all just go back in the compartment you got it from and is easy to find again! the drawer is great for my hair products, and the cupboard is great for my little basket of extra bits and bobs! the general size of the vanity is really good for people with between a medium to large range of products, but probably not for someone with a makeup artist amount of makeup! the vanity is VERY sturdy and high quality, and i can see myself bringing it with me in my next house move without worrying about damage at all:) also a really great gift idea for anyone who likes makeup, skincare, or even just organising things like me! also good for any ages! love that the seat tucks under the desk:) i put a small little cushion on my seat because i am disabled but the seat without a cushion is not uncomfortable at all! i use the vanity for makeup, skincare, hair products, restocking items, and also have little notebooks and pens for when i have ideas or need to write a note! would definitely recommend!!

Very easy to assemble but you need to have someone to help you assemble it. size is short so if youre a tall girl, you need to consider the height of the table

Bought for daughter’s bedroom.She loves the compartments, it can hold all her beauty bits.Mirror is a good size for her too.Was relatively easy to put together, two people needed for the top part with mirror. Some confusion on some of the fixings. Instructions were a little hard to understand for some parts of construction.Good amount of storage for the unit.Very nice piece for the price

Really cute little dressing table ,with mirror and stool.The compartments were a nice touch. The only criticism is with the hinges ,it's not clear that they are very slightly different and if you use the wrong two ,like we did, it doesn't fix right, but once we realised it fit together easily... shame we wasted an hour realising lòl! Good value for money, and quite sturdy.

Awful, very wobbly and unsteady. One panel came dented, and I still wanted to give it a chance, but when I tried to move it a few inches, all collapsed and the mirror hinge snapped in half. My daughter was in tears, as she was really looking forward to use it.

Really hard to assemble. The colour of the oak does not match the ones in the photos!!!! I thought it would be lighter, but it was quite a dark oak.Overall I think it is a decent product for the price, but given I had to pay for assembly, my total cost was quite high.

Well I start with the good and end with the bad I’d read the reviews before purchasing so wasn’t expecting much but then it’s for my 8 year old so only needed something small well the delivery was very quick came earlier than expected which was really good. All the pieces were there and in good condition no chips and cracks all was good then came the putting it together part the instructions were confusing to say the least and screws didn’t/ don’t fit right very loose even when tightened so I’ve had you use wood glue costing me another £10 to try get it to hold better it’s still drying so don’t know if it’s worked yet but yes it’s cheaper and yes I understand you get what you pay for but it should hold together probs gonna have to spend more money on a new one for her but yea I would not recommend
