Great, for ONE MONTH!
Arrived April 4. Mounted April 5. Today is May 5: One month in and it has stopped working. Started with 4 new AA batteries. Tried replacing them. Made no difference. Now I have a mess on the wall where this was attached.If the seller reads this I would like my money back.There was a slight learning curve, but once we mastered the distance down from the dispenser and the inches from the wall fingertips needed to be it worked fine, until it didn't.

Works part of the time
Not my greatest choice. Not happy with this purchase, but too late to return. The dispenser was smaller than I thought and was not the quality I was expecting. The soap only dispenses part of the time after having to hold and move your hand back and forth and sometimes actually having to touch the sensor to get it to work. It has dispensed soap even after I have removed my hand, therefore causing counter cleanup. The product delivery was fine and I could have returned it if I had had it installed soon enough to return. My bad.

No touch no mess, and you choose the amount of soap you would like dispensed.
I love this. I put dish soap in mine. I hate touching other soap dispensers with food on my hands. It was a quick 3 minute set up. Put the batteries in. I had to put my hands under it, a few times to get the soap to dispense. It has 4 settings that you just easily tap the top of the dispenser. You then can set it at the level with the amount of soap you would like dispensed. It looks nicer then a soap bottle on kitchen counter. Will be buying my mom one.

Works but...
It worked well for one day, then at night it's dispensed all of the soap in it. The sensor at least on my model needs to be reworked. I threw it out and got a different brand but it does work, as long as you don't get a defective one.

THESE ARE VERY CHEAP QUALITY AND DON'T WORK.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I BOUGHT THREE OF THEM FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. I WANTED TO RETURN THEM BUT I WAS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN WINDOW. THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND EXTREMELY TEMPERAMENTAL TO CALIBRATE AND ADJUST. I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED UP ON IT SOONER SO I COULD HAVE RETURNED THEM FOR A REFUND.

Would activate on it's own
I liked this soap dispenser. Only problem is, it would just spit out soap even when no one was around it. What a mess.

Stopped working
Loved the dispenser when i first received it but after being on vacation for two weeks, the soap will no longer pump out of the dispenser. I'm assuming the soap is dried in the tube but i can't get it to loosen. Tried draining soap and filled with hot water but still cant get the any liquid to pump out of the dispenser.

Works great
Great soap dispenser. It makes it easier rather than having to pick up the bottle each time to get soap. It was easy to set it up too. Overall great product.
