Not see through. Great material
TL;DR: Good material but it depends on the color; sizing runs large.I LOVE these leggings. They exceeded my expectations. I am 5'8, 143lbs, 29" waist with a 40" rear and the small fits like shapewear. It is tighter than many of my leggings but just as comfortable and NOT SEE THROUGH, for squats or anything else. Like shapewear, it has a flattering fit.My two issues with these: THE SIZING IS WEIRD. According to the chart the smallest the waist sizes go is like 30"... I'm usually a medium and I took the risk of getting the small... either would have done fine, but my waist is smaller than the chart for either S or M. So maybe just assume they run a bit larger than your normal size.Second: The fabric varies depending on the color you purchase. I got Tayo Yam and it is a Poly/Spandex blend, quite thick. Then I got some Reflex leggings in a Mauve color and they are Nylon/Spandex. Not quite as opaque. Slighty more stretchy and less like shapewear. So be aware of this. All told these are still bomb and the range of colors is fantastic.

Comparing Interlink and Power Flex - both are 5 stars
I am writing this review for both the Interlink capri’s and the Power Flex capri’s because I ordered both and wanted to compare. I had a difficult time deciphering the difference between them based on the description from 90 Degrees and all of the reviews. They seemed like they were pretty much the same pants.First things first. Both styles are high waisted and provide tummy control. My favorite workout capri is from a company called Lucy and they used to make a capri called Perfect Core. To me, this was the gold standard of workout pants. They were thick, soft, high waisted and true to their name, gave you that Core support. A couple years ago, Lucy was bought out by North Face and they have opted to discontinue the capri style pant and only make full length leggings. I prefer capri’s, so I was on a quest to find a replacement. The Lucy Perfect Core capri is in the same price range of workout pants as Lulu or Athleta. Both the Interlink and Power Flex passed the squat test. Anyone who is saying that the fabric is too thin and see-thru did not buy the correct size (too small). Any fabric is only going to stretch so much before you can start to see the weave. Both pants also passed the “staying in place” test. I did not have to adjust, pull up or fix either pair during my workout. And l definitely put both of these pants to the test by wearing them on a leg day. I squatted, dead lifted and lunged with no issues whatsoever. I also tested them on a cardio day and had no issues running in them either. So, how do they differ? The only difference I could tell was the actual fabric and feel. The Interlink fabric is “silkier” and reminds me of bike shorts. It is a smoother and shinier and did seem to have a little bit better compression. The fabric on the Power Flex pants is more like fabric and is softer and more matte, which is more like the higher end workout pants. After wearing both styles, I prefer the Power Flex. Even though I felt more “compressed” in the Interlink, the Power Flex were more comfortable and something I would wear around the house or running errands. Where the Interlink are definitely a workout pant and not something that could pull double duty. I am giving both styles 5 stars because they really did perform and I liked both of them, and found my replacement pants. For reference, I am 5’-2”, 113 pounds and ordered XS in both styles.

Different than before
I absolutely love this brand and have been buying it for years. These pants are squat proof, not sheer at all, and do their job with compression. My only disappointment is this time the texture is different, less black than the previous purchases, and it’s almost like a gray/black like a wet suit would be. If it was a pure black like my previous purchases , it would have received 5 stars.

At least my pants stay in place in challenging yoga poses—even if I can't.
COLOR-This new “squat proof” tummy control 90 Degree pant is my new favorite. The Pomberry is not as jewel tone as shown on my screen but a beautiful sanded berry-almost mauve. I like it even better. It blends well with other colors.FABRIC: The fabric is not light weight, no see through. It's silky enough to slide on and it feels like a second skin. Very stretchy. No panty lines.SIZE: I'm 135 pounds with a 32 inch waist with 39.5 inch hip, in between a small and a medium. I bought the small and it fit well, albeit with a bit of compression. If I wanted a pair of these for just casual wear I would get the medium.PERFORMANCE: I've been an Iyengar yoga student for 18 years and our classes can involve challenging poses, held for several minutes at a time. If your pants slide, you're toast. I put these through the full yogic squat, down dog, up dog, headstands etc, tests and can safely say these are the most squat proof pant I've ever owned, and most comfortable. After class I went home and feel asleep in them.SATISFACTION: This is my second pair of 90 Degree yoga pants, and I'm planning to order more colors. Highly recommend.

I CANNOT OBSESS ENOUGH -- GO A SIZE DOWN IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE, WITHOUT ANY WORRIES!
hear me out. i've been through 10 different lululemon leggings which i feel are way too overpriced and a luxury for the rich but girl. these leggings are LIFE. i always wore "All The Right Places II" by lululemon, because it accentuates my curves -- lifting my booty and cinching my waist comfortably, but that is 124 dollars straight out of my bank account. BUT THESE 90 DEGREE LEGGINGS. my booty looks the flyest in my LIFE and it cinches my waist comfortably, and who came up with the material because you deserve a nobel prize. the material is SO STRETCHY and just so comfortable. i cannot go back to lulus now, i'm sorry. and the price -- it's just worth every single penny i paid. these are my life's best leggings, I'm telling you. Now, for the technical info -- i'm 5 ft tall (yeh i'm tiny af but the length is so cute, because it fits as i wanted it to, 7/8) and my waist ranges from 25-27. I ordered an XS and it fits perfectly. Definitely follow the size chart but if you're kinda on the fence, go a SIZE DOWN. It is so stretchy yet squatproof so don't worry about the extreme-shiny stretch you'd usually get. These leggings are phenomenal and i canNOT wait to get more pairs oh my ga.
