good solid tool
used it a few times so far as i havent had it long but worked well on my windows and shower good results

Handy gadget to purchase
Very useful, and great for me to recycle the moisture into my house plants. No smudges and ideal to keep the windows from rotting from comdensation

Lasted a year, wished it could've made two... :(
I've waited almost a year to review this product, because I wanted to see how this product panned out... Today, it seem the battery packed up & the vacuum no longer works. Up until today, seeing as this vacuum was being used pretty much every day, it did exactly what I needed for it to do. Obviously, I would've preferred that this vacuum would last longer than a year, but I guess with consistant use, wear & tear was bound to happen. So, because I was so happy with how it lasted for that whole year, I have now purchased another one....that's how pleased I was with it!

This item proved a total waste of money
The product looked fine but after a very short time 3 months it started to malfunction intermittent charging and none starts. I contacted the manufacturers service department to ask about the guarantee they told me to contact the reseller on Amazon as they held the responsibility to deal with any problems not the manufacturer which was unusual the reseller was completely unhelpful in providing any guarantee support and I have put it in the Bin. I would advise stay clear of this item and its retailer.

Another one bites the dust !
Had a Karcher before, it lasted about 4 years then gave up. Bought this machine Jan 21 so its less than 2 years old and its also packed up. We only use it for about 2 mins a day to clean the shower screen! Can't see how long the warranty is but probably long gone. Great while it worked though.
