Real solid unit, I'm not sure what the difference between this model and the other similar one from Legrand that cost more, but I have the other model as well and can't see any difference besides packaging.The install is straight forward and the unit functions as intended. I'd have liked the option for 2 terminals per side or the push in style connections, but if you keep your wire ends straight you can fasten 2 whites and 2 blacks to the top and bottom section of each post.The ground is also difficult to secure as it's hard to get the wire in the screw post.

These are pretty good, I have eight in my house, you have to work the standard plugs into them, it's not easy. However, once plugged in they work fine, the USB ports plug in no problem. If people are having over heating issues they should never leave anything plugged into a USB wall outlet not even a cord not attached to a device because USB outlets have a transformer and it would cause it always to run with something plugged in 24/7. These have been good for us and they are UL listed which another reviewer said they were not, they are it's right on the package.

These outlets are great! I have one installed over the nightstand on either side of the bed, one on the kitchen counter, and one in the living room by a side table. They're super convenient and eliminates the need for transformers tying up an outlet. They take up a little more space in the box than a GFCI so be sure to use a deep box if you can.

I purchased all legrand electrical outlets/switches for my house on Amazon. I highly recommend this product line in general but the USB outlets are great (I would also check out the legrand night light outlets)! The black looks amazing!!

Works as intended and reduces charging bricks. However, perhaps it’s a safety feature but the outlets can be tough to plug in to.

We put 2 in our kitchen and this frees up counter space since we don’t need a charging port anymore. All work well, so far!

This is a handy outlet to install near couches, desks, etc. where you'd be spending time on a phone or other device. I installed several of them around our den while remodeling. The normal (household/Edison) outlets don't seem to align properly, so you have to wiggle and force plugs in/out of it, worried the whole time that you're breaking the outlet. Maybe there's a better quality one of these out there. If I find one, I'll buy those rather than this for the rest of the rooms in the house.

The internal prongs of the plug are super stiff,but the item works perfectly. No major issues here. Its very convenient.

Pass and Seymour makes some really good plugs in my experience as a electrician. The tamper proof function of this receptacle is a little hard to push plugs into. The USB ports provide lots of power which is mostly what I’ll use it for.

Good product as usual for Legrand brand. Tight fit in old electrical housing.

Regret buying it, impossible to plug something in.
