Simply the best quality

This desk is incredible. Secretlab makes absolutely top of the line products and I can’t recommend this highly enough. The entire desk is made of metal and very heavy, but I did manage to assemble it and set it up on my own. It’s well worth the price and it looks incredible.

I bought this desk during Black Friday of 2024. I heard a lot of different opinions about this desk. From five stars to one star. Honestly it’s a sturdy when it’s in its lower positions, but you will definitely notice some wobble when you go towards more standing heights. This desk is built like a tank and easily holds the monitor in the image with no give or flex. I bought the “XL” edition because I had the room, and I have to say if you want desk space you definitely have it. The built in cable management put really makes it easy to just throw stuff in, close the lid and forgetting it’s there, much like the actual skeletons in my own closet. If you find it on sale, I’d say go for it. I’m sure there are other desks that are cheaper and do the same thing. Because at the end of the day, it is just a desk. But, it does offer a solid platform to game, work and be lazy. 4 out of 5

The desk was fine, but they never included the magnetic holder package that was part of the purchase. Reached out to Amazon who said they could not help other than shipping back the desk which is impossible due to the size, weight, and no packing material. So far, Secret Labs has been horrible and has never even tried to contact me. I will change the review to what the desk is about once they resolve the issue of stealing approximately 132 dollars from me. I finally reached someone at Secret Labs and they deny that the magnetic holders are part of the package even thought the description on Amazon clearly states it is. Save your money and buy from a company with an actual sense of customer service. Too bad they cannot take the time to read their own sales pitch.

Never buy anything from secret lab directly from their website. I bought this desk and it’s nice, but it wobbles on my carpet. I wanted to return it but secret lab said I have to cover all shipping expenses, which is easily over half of what the desk costs. Hopefully if you buy it on Amazon it will be a much easier return. I wish I bought it on Amazon. Now I’m stuck with this over priced desk that I can’t sell on marketplace because no one wants to buy a desk for over $600. I’m super disappointed in secret lab. I was going to buy one of their chairs with the money I got from the desk. But I’m not spending hundreds of dollars just to return a desk that doesn’t work.
