This is my third AOSU camera. The first two were C9E's and I installed this C9C this morning. These cameras and the app are quite fantastic! There is a little bit of intermittent lag/latency between manual commands through the app and loading, but the truth is that is it very minimal. The app AOSU created for these cameras was well thought out and they give you a lot of control options with the free basic plan. I am very impressed with how many things you can control on these cameras with this app! Setup was super simple. Sharing with my wife was a breeze. Picture quality is quite good and the night vision is excellent. Tracking is very quick and being wide angle captures a large area. The solar power option I love! so far with my other two cameras, they never gone below 92% charge from sundown to sunup and they are fully charged within a hour once the sun hits them. Very impressive battery life! These are a bit on the pricey side, but for how good these cameras are, and the app, and all the features you can control, they are worth it.Their Customer Service team is excellent! I sent an email on Saturday with a couple questions, and early Monday morning they responded with very detailed answers. They emailed me again the next day to follow up. Only companies who are committed to their customers have that kind of contact!!!YES!!! I recommend these cameras!

These Aosu solar wi-Fi cameras were worth the money (especially on sale). I've had one of them up and running for over 6 months now. It has endured 40-98 deg F, rain, 95% humidity, and high winds, and it still runs like a champ. I keep having to chase the spiders away from building their web in front of it or around it though. But the images are clear and the microphone picks up from 15 ft away at conversation level volume so all-in-all its a great camera. When they come out with well-reviewed white 4k solar wi-Fi cameras under $100 I will upgrade, but for now this is it.

Camera is good quality but it has a few problems. First, when you turn it on , it takes too long. Second, the solar battery doesn't recharge fast. It actually takes all day and at night the recharged power percentage goes down quiet easily. Third, even when the installation is quite easy, you will need tools specially if you drilling on a brick wall or any other hard solid surface.

I had another brand that I had two cameras with panels that were not attached like these are attached to the top of them and they only lasted about a year. I bought four of these one for each corner of the house front and back and they were extremely easy to install and the app is extremely extremely easy to operate and so many choices then I installed four 128 gig microSD cards And it'll march you right through the steps to set them up and format the cards. The video quality on these cameras is amazing and they give you a small notifications on your phone if there's something going on. They have bright lights on them to come on with something is alerted. It tracks people walking by or delivering packages. I would definitely recommend these they were the best investment I've made in cameras because I didn't have to hardwire anything climb up in the attic squeeze it up to the soffits. I would certainly recommend these cameras for ease of installation, picture quality, usable app, and just overall nice cameras trouble free.

This is a REALLY great wireless outdoor camera... really easy to set up, and the solar system works really well here in Florida... camera stays 100% charged... planning on getting another one for that price.

I bought this to replace the big name R camera over my garage because I want the ability to be able to record events without paying someone else. This camera not only fits that requirement but its significantly better than my previous camera. The video quality is amazing, it connects every single time I get an event or want to look at live video. In the couple of weeks I've had it, I've never gotten a single blank screen after getting a notification of an event, unlike the numerous ones I used to get with the R brand. On top of all this, the camera tracks movement. I took my dog for a walk & it tracked me halfway down the street & you could still make out the brand of sneakers I was wearing.Setup was very easy, just follow the instructions carefully.With all the features & the functionality this solar security camera is an AMAZING value for the money!

I will say, this is my first surveillance camera ever so there’s always a chance these issues arose due to me not setting something up in a certain way. But it is an amazing camera and gives what I would say is pretty much perfect quality videos, even at night.The quality is amazing! I got it because I was setting food out for a feral cat in hopes to get him taken care of. The first night it didn’t detect anything but that was because I had it set to people. I changed it to detect all motion and signed up for the pro plan; that night it picked up amazing footage! I couldn’t see the cat with my own eyes, but could see him perfectly clear through the camera. I will say, the detection in terms of dangerous animals or weapons is not accurate at all. The first cat it told me it was a raccoon and the second one it let me know there was a possible bear. It also would say possible weapon detected when I just walked across the field of view with nothing in my hands. This doesn’t really bother me because I got it just for monitoring the feral cats, but thought it might help someone else! One other thing was I kept having to manually adjust the camera to point towards the area I wanted because it would put itself in a specific position and if I tried to adjust the camera through the app it would say that I’m hitting the edge. Not sure if it tracked movement and got stuck in that position, or if it just put itself in that position.
