This regulator works at 1-50 PSI

Q: What would be the recommended pressure for carbonating 1 and 2 liter plastic bottles?

I normally carbonate to 35 or 40PSI. Just rock the bottle back and forth until it stops bubbling and it is carbonated. Also remember that the colder the water (or other beverage) the better to absorb CO2.
