The content of the book is excellent and paper quality of the book is good.

Book is barely 300 pages and is very good if you have an interview coming up and want to quickly revise everything in machine learning. But don't expect it to act as a textbook, it's very brief. Also a little expensive considering black and white pages.

This is an excellent book which explains the statistics concepts as required for data scientists. Every topic is explained in right sequence. However, some prior understanding or background in basic statistics would help you in grasping the content faster.

This is the beat statistics material that summarizes the comcepts well. It is perfect for beginner to intermediate data professionals/scientists. This book is especially for you if you would rather get to the roots of the concept and practical methods rather than work with mathematical symbols and proofs.

Awesome book. Go for international version if you want good paper quality. Content of the book is good, easy to understand. Not a detailed book.

THe book was received in good condition , its pages as the grey , monotonous colour type , but the previous comments had prepared me for that any way. :)

What a great book! The authors did a marvellous jobs in packing an incredible amount of information in very little pages AND doing it in a very pleasant style that is direct, informative, and extremely clear.I have read many books in statistics. I can tell you there are very very few written so well and so pleasant to read.And to top it all, it is one of the very few book of statistics for non-mathematician that *correctly* explain the p-value and t-test. Many statisticians *still* don't understand what that "significance test" really mean. But these authors do understand it very well and this is very important for anyone new to statistics to know this test correctly and in the hand of these authors they *will* learn it correctly.Thanks a lot to the authors. You did a fabulous job.

I got this because I am taking a data analytics course that is not explained that well and I need to fill up my gaps in statistics. It is a good book
