Not a bad replacement. Texture is harder and more aggressive than OEM but I'm happy with it.

Missing T9 screwdriver!!
The thumbsticks are great it was fairly easy to replace, the only thing is I never got the included T9 screwdriver with this, which you'll need to open the box controller. Luckily I already had a spare so I was able to replace my thumbsticks.
