This is a very cute story about some snow kids who find an old, abandoned candy factory. They put all their skills to use and get the factory working again. Great images, the story rhymes... it's one of out favorite holiday books.One of the reviews talks about references to God, I have no idea what they are talking about and the review makes me wonder if it's just spam. There are no scriptural references in the story. We fully believe in God, but this is not that kind of story. It's just a cute, lighthearted kids book. I think all kids (and adults) would love it.Since it was a Hallmark special holiday book a few years ago, it may be hard to find. But if you see it at a yard sale, pick it up!

I REALLY want to love this book but just can’t. It has a very awkward flow to it when you are reading it out loud. My sister read it to my kids without any input from me and felt the EXACT same way. I was definitely disappointed with the money spent on it.

This book completed my collection so far. The grandchildren love reading these books. So do I their Nana.

My Mom gave me this book last year for Mother's Day. I started reading it as a daily devotional with my 11 year old daughter at the breakfast table. This book takes some very basic Scripture & attaches profoundly applicable truth for our daily lives. The writer has done an excellent job of translating God's word into a life lesson we can take away from the table & put to use in our lives immediately. When my daughter has sleepovers, we do not forego our daily routine. Her friends also love this special time that we can all share together. Trying to put God first in our daily lives is a challenge, but this gem of a little book certainly helps to remind us that NOT putting Him first is wreckless! We recently took a trip to France & Italy & unfortunately we left it in one of our hotel rooms. Now I am having trouble finding a new one!
