Clear easy to understand instructions. My suggestion is this: I purchased the IRB MON to replace an IRB 325 unit that crapped out. The IRB MON was a bit less expensive, had the same specs and more. The boxes and hoods welded on my gate were for the IRB 325 which are quite a bit larger than the IRB MON. No problem. Smaller is OK, larger wouldn't have been. The suggestion is to include a mounting bracket to facilitate installing the smaller MON in a 325 box. I spent 5 minutes connecting the wires and over 30 minutes making a template, drilling new holes, trying different size screws, etc.
