Fits true to size and supports the knee joint well. Good for light exercise but haven’t tried it for anything too strenuous yet.

These were really good quality, very comfortable and supported my painful knee without slipping down every few minutes like other knee supports I've purchased.I did make the mistake of wearing them under a pair of tights which caused the silicone strips to rub above my knee.However were fine under trousers, shorts, dresses, without tights. Would highly recommend. They have helped me to continue to walk, with greatly reducedpain whilst awaiting an apointment with the NHS.

Very good pain relief. My knee pain is practically gone.
