I use it for just various stretches or exercises, not Yoga related. You could probably use it as a walking stick. Price could be maybe a bit cheaper, but it is a nice, well-made stick/pole and they include some nice extras and educational aids. Those alone are worth a few extra dollars probably for most people. One of the reasons I picked this stick/pole is I like the rubber sleeves on the ends. The stick/pole was shipped in a plastic sleeve and that was inside a box. Very nice!

I started using a plastic pole (plumbing plastic pipe) at the gym and noticed how deep and controlled my stretches are with a pole across my shoulders, twisting body with stability, letting gravity do the work for legs, rotator cuff, hams and back too. Recommend looking up yoga stretches using a pole. It takes about 90 seconds with this pole what used to take about 10 minutes of stretching without it. Be careful with balance when starting to use this and I lean backwards with it a slightly stretch side to side with a bed behind me if I lean back too far. This stretch is like laying on a bosu ball.

Good quality and just what I needed.

I thought this was gonna look super cheap because I got it in pink but thankfully that wasn't the case.I'd give this 5 stars but unpacking was frustrating af. The 2 ends are wrapped very tightly and the silica packet is wedged under one side. I didn't want to use scissors and possibly scratch the ends so I had to pull it off in small pieces and try to pull the tighter portion off when it was small enough but couldn't because the silica packet would burst open. I have 2 dogs and obviously don't want them eating any of it. I got it off but the silica packet ripped on the corner so I had to look for those pieces to make sure my dogs didn't end up eating any.Put the silica packet in the loose portion of the wrapping pleaseOutside of that it's a great color and doesn't look like it's a paint that's gonna chip off. I did a quick couple mobility exercises for my shoulders and it felt light-weight but sturdy. Easy to use and your hands can slide over on the pole mid movement to readjust without fear of accidental splinters

The item arrived on time. The mobility stick is very good quality and works well for my exercises. I would buy it again.
