This is fantastic!! It heats up quick and is comfortable to wear.

I want to restate my review of this item. It turns out that I like it very much. It does warm up nicely and can wrap on in different positions. My only concern is that the wire connection to the pad also heats up.

Helped so much with jaw soreness from tmj. Easy to use the only thing that would be better if you didn’t have to plug it in while using.

Barely heats up, even at max settings. For $25 I was expecting higher quality material and build out. Looks like a cheap product upsold on amazon without any care given.

Great design but it didn’t get warm enough.

I suffer from seasonal earraches that can sometimes radiate into my jawline and cause occasional toothache throbbing. The most soothing relief I have felt when, in spring and fall times, and the weather is very damp and cold, is heatI am accustomed to taking a hot water bottle and holding it in place. One day this product came across my Amazon feed when I was looking for something else.This product is such a relief! It’s soft against my skin, wraps around my head easily and Velcro fastens quickly and easily. It’s easy to put on and take off. To just click the button and have heat to my ears and jaw is refreshing! I feel very pampered! The heat is instant and feels wonderful and calms down my pain in seconds. Very soothing for my ears and jaw.

Best thing I’ve ever found to reduce my pain from trigeminal neuralgia! It keeps my face warm and I can wear it everywhere, home, in my car, at my work. Who ever invented it is a genius! Thank you!

It was functional, but the heating system had two problems:One it was not evenly distributed; only the top left and bottom right actually got warm because the cords inside were piled on those sides. I tried to move them around but that didn't help because they could only move so far.Two the parts that did get warm didn't get warm enough to actually help. Even on the highest setting it wasn't enough.So in all it was functional, but not functional enough to actually help with any jaw pain.
