I have used homemade copper bracelets for years to help with arthritis pain in my hands, so when I started having trouble with my foot, I purchased this. It fits well and is fairly easy to fasten even with stiff fingers. It does help my foot as well!

I really love this ankle bracelet. Very classy looking, but actually bought for ankle and foot pain. Maybe I crazy, but this is really working at reducing the pain. Now my husband wants a copper bracelet!

Don't know if wearing copper really helps but it is very pretty except within a few days I start turning green so take it off switch ankles
