I was a little reluctant to try this product at first but after doing a little research on it I decided to try it. I am SO GLAD I did. I have been using it for 30 days now and it has helped me sleep better, my joints do not ache and hurt hardly at all anymore, it also has curbed my appetite to where I am not eating as much as I use to, lost 3 pounds not even trying to do so and not changing my diet at all. I have noticed that I have more energy than before I began taking this product. It has definitely helped in my overall health and well being. I highly recommend this product, the taste isn't very pleasant but when mix with a beverage you cannot taste it hardly at all.

From the fast delivery to the slick packaging and design this product started strong. The resin was easy to add into my morning routine and really added a spark to the day. Took a while to get use to the taste but this product delivered the benefits I was looking for. Iv felt more endurance in my workouts and consistently stronger since taking the Shilajit. Iv been less fatigued, stressed, and even experienced less brain fog and a higher libido. Highly looking forward to my next order.

This was my first introduction to Shilajit and I have to admit, I was quite pleasantly surprised by it's effects. As an herbalist and healer, I am always game to add new plant medicine to my toolbox. I had no expectations when I began using it, just curiosity. After about a month of adding it to my daily morning ritual, the first thing I noticed was the elevated growth of my finger nails as I was having to trim them more. Then my co-workers started commenting on my hair. It too was noticeably growing faster than normal and looking healthier. Thats when I realized that the only thing I was doing differently was the Shilajit. I could also pinpoint more mental clarity and focus which is a game-changer for me. I am so hyped now. After a little research, I did learn that some of the nutrients are fat-soluble so I mix a little Moroccan olive oil into my warm water with the Shilajit. Will buy again!

I give it away, give me heartburn

This is my 1st time using Shilajit. I love this product. I was sceptical at first, but it really works. My nutrition has skyrocketed and I am able to complete tasks more efficiently and effectively. It gives you a prolonged release and boost of energy without crashing. I believe it is also helping with fat loss and fitness. I feel really good and look forward to the long term effects.

Solid as concrete, impossible to next take out small measurements for dosage. Also it had an odd taste plus don’t think was filtered right, I reordered from my original vendor. I didn’t wanna try new vendor but my shipment was lost so tried somewhere

I was not expecting much since I tried another version, from Siberia, and didn't experience anything but a head rush. But THIS... I had plenty of energy the first day taking this. I skipped a night and felt the difference the following morning. This has a mild molasses flavor and consistency whereas the other I was taking had a burned charcoal taste and smell and VERY thick. I am glad I don't have to search, wasting money again. Update 4/20/24: I decreased the rating on this to 3 stars more conservatively than I truly wish to for the underhanded description tactics used to sell this product. The advertisement/description say it is only 800 mg of Shilajit, but that is not what was received when I ordered again. Instead I received a smaller box 800 mg on the front of the box while the FACTS state 500 mg of shilajit and 100 mg of other herbs and extracts totaling 600 mg, 600 mg serving size and 50 servings per container. Ummm...where did this sort of math come from? To make matters worse, I purchased this not only for my self, but for a friend as well. I have no idea if the herbs stated on the box will cause an allergic reaction of some sort and at this point there is no telling if the ingredients are accurate. While the first one I purchased does work, I can't trust this company to disclose any accurate information on their product as I know shilajit is not supposed to have a mild molasses taste. I also opened the new one to see what was inside... the jar is maybe halfway full,, the smell is different from the first jar and the viscosity and color is that of syrup. Since this is non-returnable, I asked for a refund. DESCRIPTION IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

I am 42 years old and I feel energy that I haven't had for a long time along with focus and other benefits as well. I have recently bought the 600 MG formula as well and was satisfied with both. I am liking the 800 MG now as I have understood the dosage. Update 3/8/24 still satisfied with results but: Shilijat is not supposed to be exposed to air for long periods of time. I ordered a jar for future use which was delivered 2/16/24. I opened it today and it has leaked everywhere inside the box so I cannot use it. To late to replace it so now I'm out $20+ dollars and do not have my supplement. I recommend checking box as soon as it is delivered if you like to stock items like I do.
