This thing really helps me from not smoking. I use it when I feel I need a cigarette. Did not want to use anything with a flavored air, as would get addicted to that. This you only get air. I was smoking 1 1/2packs a day. Now with use of Nicotine patch and this, have been smoke free for 10 days. I am very pleased with this product.

I saw an ad on FB a few months ago, about a necklace designed to help you quit smoking/vaping, lost the ad, and months later found these. I got them, hoping they'd be like those I saw...nope! What a waste. These are hollow on the inside of the tube...completely. so there's no resistance for the "pull" feeling of smoking...its literally meant to be exhaled through...which is dumb if you're using it to mimic the hand/mouth part of smoking. Definitely need to find one with the little "teeth" inside the tube so it mimics the feeling better...otherwise it's just a metal tube to breathe through,which is useless to me.After posting this review, the company contacted me and offered me a full refund. Even though I was disappointed by the product being different than what I wanted, I'm very pleased with the customer service in regards to the matter!

I purchased these to help with sm9king cessation and the oral fixation that goes with that. Not helpful at all. There is absolutely no resistance to the drawl. It's literally just sucking air through a metal straw. No different the pursing your lips like you are going to whistle but sucking in the air instead... only with a metal tase. Would not recommend for the purpose of quitting smoking.
