This is a lovely piece. I bought it for my mother and she just loved it.

I recently purchased this item, expecting it to be brand new, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The pendant has noticeable scratches and dents on the rear, and it lacks the shine and pristine look of a new item. Additionally, the packaging box was of poor quality, which further added to the impression that the item might have been previously used or mishandled. While the design itself is nice, the overall condition and presentation were disappointing.

Just as expected.. the photograph of the product can be improved with proportion of sizes and dimensions.
