Shilajit is made of fulvic acid that really gives me a boost of energy and a sense of wellbeing. This is good quality and particularly strong and stinky. The gold spoon that comes with it adds just the right amount of drama and I'm sure can be repurposed when the jar is done. It says to mix into water but I take it straight and chase it with 12 ounces of water because this stuff tastes suuuuuuuuuuper nasty, but it works!

Packaging & product experience is very premium, I had tried other brands too but quality of shilajeet is much better here. It doesn't solidify a lot which makes it easier to consume & it leaves you with lots of energy.
